Founder and leader of Glorious Word and Power Ministries International Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah has been slapped again with different charges from his ongoing case with Nana Agradaa.
The reason for his second arrest is reportedly that Rev. Owusu Bempah actively or instigated his junior pastors who are also charged along with him, to assault police officers who were sent to effect an arrest on the Agradaa case.
The three have pleaded not guilty to the new charges with the court granting Reverend Owusu Bempah a self-recognizance bail to the tune of GHS 100,000, while the two others have been granted bail to the tune of GHS100,000 each with two sureties.
Rev Owusu Bempah has also been granted GHS 400,000 bail in the other case he and Michael Boateng, Frederick Ohene, and Nathaniel Agyekum, were charged for causing harm and unlawful damage to a police vehicle.
They were asked to reappear on November 15, 2021, for these charges.
It is recalled that the controversia state prophet, Owusu Bempah was arrested September 29, by the Police and has been additionally charged with possession of firearms without lawful authority.
