Celebrated Gospel duo, Tagoe Sisters, say the bond between them as twins is so tight that the love they have for each other has bound them together as a duo for decades.
According to the ‘Yedi Nkunim’ hitmakers, what binds them is far greater than just being a music group because the sisterly love has helped them overcome countless challenges.
“…we love each other, and it doesn’t allow anything to come between us”, the younger of the two stated.
Speaking with Joy Prime’s Emefa Akosua Adeti on Monday, the veteran Tagoe Singers admitted that they do get issues but they don’t allow them to get over them.
“Whenever there are issues, we sort it out as sisters because we can’t fight each other; after everything, we all work together to have a good life”, the group added.
Tagoe Sisters consists of twins Lydia Dedei Yawson Nee Tagoe and Elizabeth Korkoi Tagoe, who have been singing in the gospel music industry since 1983.
